Airbnb

Split payout

Airbnb can transfer 85% directly to the owner and 15% directly to our management company.

Booking.com, Agoda & others

Owner receives the payout

At the end of the month, we calculate our commission and issue the owner an invoice for 15%.

Cash payments

Full amount goes to the owner

Our manager accepts and records the payment, then transfers the full amount to the owner. The owner pays our 15% commission against the month-end invoice.

Management fee15%
